Run The World Gobal Challenge celebrates running around the world.  RTW Global Challenge 7 is a 10 week program that started September 11, 2019 and will finish 10-weeks later on Tuesday November 19, 2019 at 11:59 PM California time.  The idea is to run or walk and then log those miles on your My Best Runs account. There is no entry fee.  You just need a MBR account and that’s Free too.  Once you sign up you log your miles on your account.

Long jogging to get the body prepare to do long distance running.i discovered ultra marathon and 42km as no big difference so long as there is a good planning.i did my math and discovered I can do 60-80km in a constant pace of 3:45-3-50min/km which is world best in ultra marathon (Sun 23)
