Run The World Gobal Challenge celebrates running around the the world.   Starting January 1, 2021 we will be doing monthly RTW Challenges.  We will also continue to keep track of miles from when we started as total miles since July 4, 2018.  And of course our weekly log starting on Wednesday and finishing on Tuesday.  The idea is to run or walk and then log those miles on your My Best Runs account. There is no entry fee.  You just need a MBR account - and that’s Free too.  After you sign up you log your miles on your account.

Today very early in the morning did a long run with a group and the pace was really good.this is my first Long run for the year 2021 and after I completed it,,, I really felt strongly than the other old runs for the year 2020.we as ujena fit club family,, we're going to train harder and show good times in different distances and also our club will be known by many people in all countries.. Today was speedwork,3km×4times.. total distance 12km...the first 1×3km was a little faster time to me by running under 9mins{8"53:00,, second 1×3km(9:20:39,,)third 1×3km(9:01:33)and last set 1×3km(9"21:40),, it was a nice day workout to me because I'm now aiming to run full marathon 2021 and I'm going to show out good results to my coach dennis musau because,,I have a long way to go in my preparation... later in the evening,,,I just added an easy run 10km(50mins) (Wed 2)

I want to run my first marathon under 2:12:00 and I'm πŸ’―% that I'm going to make it.. we've discussed more with my coach dennis mussau about my preparation and I'm hoping by February 2021,,,I'm going to be able to run 42.195km and I'm sure of that,,, because 2019 I ran my first marathon in Kenya 2:19:21 and I discovered that I had not prepared well for the race.. I'm going to do more long runs (40km) 12/5 3:19 am
