Bob Anderson (71) US, 86 miles

4.10 miles in Los Altos, California (runner profile)

I like this workout. I did it yesterday but today much faster. Four mile step up. Each mile has to be faster than the previous one. Today I started with 10:14, then 8:58, 8:19 and finished off with 7:44. I end it with a one tenth stride and then half mile walk (which I don’t count as mileage but is very important for the workout). My legs are tired from the intervals Monday and Tuesday and the step-up from yesterday. On fresh legs I will run faster. Give this a try. I also do six mile step-ups too. (Thu 18)
