Ran my fav course from our house in Los Altos to the Coupa Cafe on Stanford campus. Look what I encountered along the way! After five mikes (first mile was a 18 minute warmup), I did some intervals. .25/.2/.15/.1/.05/then back up to .25. Then I did some more making 1.75. I am feeling stronger. (Sat 22)

The Vitality London 10000 was so much fun. I wanted to place in top three 70 plus and I made my goal. Got stuck in the bathroom line before the start and started at the back of wave two. Passed a lot of people. What a fabulous course. My first 5k split was 24:58 and I finished in 49:22. Wanted to run a little faster but I will take this. It was nice to meet Bob Anderson from England and meet a new friend Barry. Mo Farah was the overall winner. I would recommend this race. Put it on your bucket list.
