Did our post run stretches in the KFC after we have been warned minutes before we reached our cars / end of our run, that a leopard is sniffing around our cars. So we made a lot of noise, got into our cars and drove to town for coffee and stretching πŸ˜²πŸ˜€πŸ€£ (Sun 10) / Total Miles 753.27 since 7/5/18

Come on! A leopard is sniffing around the cars? That sounds like serious stuff but I guess you guys are used to such things in your part of the world? You are racking up the miles. 2/12 2:16 pm
We live next to Kruger and Greater Kruger Park and lots of Wildlife Estates. Though we are used to it we still treasure it and appreciate where we run and live and yes sometimes it is scary! 2/12 7:07 pm

Sometimes a run is just about going nowhere slowly, finding that soothing rythm that will carry you the necessary distance, downhill uphill and even in the heat of noon, allowing you the space to just again wrap your head around yourself, life and God, bringing you back home ready to make the beds and wash the dishes.... We have finished!! Great achievement for the amount of runners we had! But this morning, going out for my run just felt that little bit harder. It is like an extended running family, a safe place to share everything running without rolling eyes and sighs from non-runners πŸ˜‚. It has become a place where I learn so much about running from reading everybody's posts and a place of immense encouragement! I don't want to leave this place... bring it on Challenge 3! (Sat 13)
