California’s oldest trail marathon is the 41st Annual Catalina Island Marathon

On Sat., Mar. 10, Catalina Island Conservancy will host this challenging and eventful marathon, beginning Catalina Harbor and ending at Sumner at Arcade Entrance. Considered a “bucket-list” marathon for runners, some of the challenges participants will encounter are rugged terrain and climbs, not to mention the beautiful scenery experienced darting across Catalina Island.
