USATF South Carolina Long Distance Runners Of Year Named

Ricky Flynn and Shawanna White have been chosen South Carolina Long Distance Runners of the year by USA Track and Field for 2017. Also chosen were outstanding masters competitors Eric Ashton and Sarah Allers. While putting his main focus for the year on triathlons, Ricky Flynn still managed to compete in many of the state’s top road races winning 8 of 14 events.
