Frozen yogurt is creamy and sweet, but healthy enough...keep in mind that fro-yo is more closely related to your favorite frosty treat than advertised — now if we stayed with plain yogurt but who does that? While a cup of soft-serve vanilla ice cream is loaded with 34 grams sugar and 102 calories, frozen yogurt trails closely behind at 36 grams sugar and 94 calories. Sugar isn't yogurt's only potential problem. Some are loaded with artery-clogging saturated fat. Check the label to make sure it has no more than 1.5 grams of saturated fat per six-ounce serving.
