Hofbauer is all-in to chase his running goals

Trevor Hofbauer, 25, is doing everything he can to get better, bit by bit. He quit his job, moved across the country and lives a lifestyle calculated in a way that is geared towards running fast, and far. Canadian Running visited the 25-year-old in Guelph, Ont., where he is now based, following his win at the 2017 Canadian Marathon Championships, which marked his Marathon debut.
