| Today morning run was not good ...to take 51minutes with some seconds in 17kms....I was not feeling well I was experiencing abdominal pain,and skin itching.... I don't know if it was weather or what was the problem...but I pushed with hope until I done the work out of 17mins....having hope at evening I will be fine for 10kms .... |
