It was a 20km run,,,,but it was splitted into two 10km,,,,first 10km for 36mins then a break of 15mins for the second 10km which took 39mins to complete....

Today morning run was not good ...to take 51minutes with some seconds in 17kms....I was not feeling well I was experiencing abdominal pain,and skin itching.... I don't know if it was weather or what was the problem...but I pushed with hope until I done the work out of 17mins....having hope at evening I will be fine for 10kms ....
