The race was poorly organized and communication to runners had been sporadic as well as misleading.
Long waits, extra distance on the feet and hardly any guidance from officials.
To top that, water points were shockingly understaffed and insufficiently equipped with paper cups, water and coke. If any of the people I shared a cup with had covid, I'll be showing results by tomorrow.

i have run this race for the last 35 years .This by far my slowest I was forced to walk totally dehidrated due to water station none existant or with no water. Knysna marathon Club all i can say is you Disgraced a once great race.
