| It was a cross country day, regionals (kiambu team).I can say it was a bad day to me because I was not expecting to perform poorly but I remembered that , I had gone for a long holiday without doing any speed workout. That was my lesson and I will work extra hard to bring good results during my competitions. I am now focusing on our time trial ahead on 19th January 2022. |

| Today was speedwork,3km×4times.. total distance 12km...the first 1×3km was a little faster time to me by running under 9mins{8"53:00,, second 1×3km(9:20:39,,)third 1×3km(9:01:33)and last set 1×3km(9"21:40),, it was a nice day workout to me because I'm now aiming to run full marathon 2021 and I'm going to show out good results to my coach dennis musau because,,I have a long way to go in my preparation... later in the evening,,,I just added an easy run 10km(50mins) |
