time trial , i did it though at the middle of the time trial i straggled .I thought to myself yesterday evening and come up with the idea.i realised if i want to do better time in half marathon first i have to deal with estimating a comfortable pace in 5 km 10 km, and 15 km,the weather today was very hot ,Willi and peter helped me to achieve it i say Thanks for there support. at the mid time am typing this it late 21:22 pm kenya time and still i have realise that my body still have that resistance...

I wakup 5am today ,The weather was very cold,i thought to my self of how i can make my day successful ,i take a step to check my training diary what kind of workout i am support to follow.i was to start with 20km easy run and take a rest of about 6hour before proceeding to my nest workout.evening jog i was to do 10km easy run and stretching of about 15min .I thanks my God for granting me with a successful day.

Though it was a rest day, i just came with plan off how i can keep myself fit and busy.i divided my training program 2* My friend Eston joined me. morning workout was hill training 10km . evening we helped each other to reduce accumulation of excess lactic acid in the muscle by massaging each other . its was about 5pm ,Eston asked me to join him for a easy run of about 10k.
