Ever wanted to follow in the footsteps of Olympic athletes? The route for the Vitality London 10,000 covers part of the 2012 London Olympic Marathon route, so get your place now to run like an Olympian.

The Vitality London 10,000 starts and finishes in St James’s Park and uses Green Park as its assembly area.

The race starts on The Mall and finishes on Spur Road opposite Buckingham Palace. Runners follow a clockwise route around the City of Westminster and the City of London. The course passes many of London’s famous sights including Admiralty Arch, Nelson’s Column, St Paul’s Cathedral, Mansion House, the Bank of England, the Old Bailey, Somerset House, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.

Each kilometers will be clearly marked. A timing mat at the halfway point will take your 5km split time. There are water stations at 3km and 6.5km. Toilets will be placed close to 3km, 5km and 7km for runners’ use.

The Loch Ness Marathon is an annual marathon race in Scotland, held along the famous loch, Loch Ness, ending in Inverness. The event is part of the Festival of Running, held annually at the beginning of October. This also includes a 10K race and a 5K fun run, and attracts over 8,000 participants across all of the events.

The Baxters Loch Ness Marathon & Festival of Running is a notable fixture on the running calendar. There are great marathons around the world, many of them particularly marked by their settings, and the Loch Ness ranks right alongside them. The centuries-old legend of the Loch Ness Monster is a story that continues to run. Along with the scenic beauty of the area, it has been responsible for attracting visitors to this fascinating part of Scotland for many years.The opportunity to put such a memorable marathon on their record, one with such a unique story to tell, has proven too strong a pull for thousands of runners of all abilities.

The Baxters Loch Ness Marathon is quite possibly one of the most stunning marathons in the world. With spectacular scenery, fantastic atmosphere and a truly memorable experience – it’s no wonder it was voted in the top 10 UK marathons by Runner’s World readers in 2016 and is on the bucket list for many runners from around the world.

Baxters Loch Ness Marathon

“Breathtakingly beautiful”, “friendly atmosphere”, “flawless organisation”, “felt like a festival not just a race” are just some of the comments we had from our runners so why not come and experience it for yourself.

The Loch Ness Marathon follows a spectacular point-to-point route alongside world famous Loch Ness, starting in an atmospheric moorland setting and continues through stunning Highland scenery, taking you along the south-eastern shores of Loch Ness, across the River Ness, to finish in Inverness, capital city of the Highlands.

The Marathon will start on the high ground between Fort Augustus and Foyers (B862) and will drop down to the banks of Loch Ness at Foyers (B852). From there, the route follows the loch’s south eastern shore, heading north east towards Dores on the northern tip of the loch. From Dores, the race heads directly into the centre of Inverness (B862), turning left over the main road bridge and left again for the last half mile along the River Ness to the finish at Bught Park in the centre of Inverness.

Giro al Sas 10km race that takes place in the most suggestive streets of historical Trento’s downtown, ideated in the far 1907 to give homage to the saint protector of the city, San Vigilio. The competition was suspended during the war and constantly run up to 1945. This important international event, that Saturday September 30 th 2023 will celebrate it’s 76rd edition, it’s been won by some of the greatest endurance athletes in the world, among them the italian Stefano Baldini, and other foreign athlets worth international fame, like Paul Tergat, Kenenisa Bekele, Muktar Edris and Jacob Kiplimo.

This is the most charming and antique road running race in the region, articulated on a one kilometer long circuit inside the streets of the city. after the first world war the race was named “Giro al Sas”, as the course chosen run on the path known by the locals with such a name and located between via Roma, via Oss Mazzurana, via Oriola and via San Pietro. One lap to run more times and so highly spectacular for all the supporters that every year come to see the race directly from the sidelines.

In the afternoon the youngest will be protagonists, with the race valid as CSI youth provincial championship, later take place the Giro al Sas Kids, a promotional event for children, from 2 to 8 year, in order to temp them into the sportive practice. In the evening the grand finale with the Giro al Sas, spectacular competition where for the 70st time the best international athletics specialists will challeng themself.
