Since that time, the Trondheim Marathon has been growing and has really begun to mark Norway as an important event.

The main focus of TM is public health. We will be an event for everyone from 0 to 99 years. We want to take care of the participants through giving them the tools to master throughout the year. Running courses, lectures, nutrition lectures, events and training arenas while trying to contribute to this year’s training goals. We have laid the trail around the city center so that as a participant or audience you will see much of what Trondheim city has to show. We are proud of the new race track that is first and foremost beautiful and public-friendly.

The marathon, known internationally, is famous for its festive atmosphere. 90% of marathon runners run in costume. The marathon is called "the longest in the world" because the race is interspersed with several activities: musical breaks with 23 orchestras scattered around the course, wine tasting, oysters tasting at the 38th kilometer, and steak at the 39th kilometer.

Helsingborg, Sweden
Distance: Marathon · Half Marathon
Offical Race Web Site

The idea of a marathon in Helsingborg was born in the Fall of 2012 when two lokal guys for the frist time played with the thought of a new long distance course. It didn’t take long before they realised Helsingborg offers a big variety of underlay and beautiful surroundings, like a littoral for example, which are unique for this kind of event. So, one Sunday afternoon the road to Sweden's second biggest marathon began. About two years later the first edition had its premiere and approx 3300 runners was standing on the starting line. The rest is history.
