The Ooredoo Doha Marathon was created to bring the community together, inspire healthier lifestyles, and contribute to impactful charitable causes in Qatar. This annual event is a celebration of fitness, unity, and giving back, attracting participants of all ages and abilities.
All proceeds from entry fees are donated to a variety of local charities, ensuring that every step taken supports meaningful initiatives that positively impact lives across the region.
The marathon caters to runners of all skill levels, offering four distinct courses: a challenging full marathon, a half-marathon for intermediate runners, and 10km and 5km routes for those seeking shorter distances. For younger participants, we host special fun runs with 3km and 1km options designed to encourage children to embrace an active lifestyle in a joyful and supportive environment.
The starting and gathering point for the event is the iconic MIA Park (main gate), offering breathtaking views and a welcoming atmosphere for participants and spectators alike.
Whether you're running to achieve a personal goal, connect with the community, or make a difference through charitable giving, the Ooredoo Doha Marathon is an unforgettable experience that embodies the spirit of Qatar. Join us in running for health, fun, and a cause that truly matters!
