Running In Cold Weather Is Challenging
TRAINING TIP: It is that time of the year when many runners have to deal with cold weather. The tendency is to put on too many layers of clothes. Layers is the way to go but if you can, warm up inside and get your blood flowing. If you can manage to break a sweat before you head out the door, you won’t be as chilly on your run. Outside is always the best. Much better than doing your run on a treadmill. However, there are times that the treadmill is the best option.
