Peterson Reached His Dream of Qualifying for Boston

On November 4, Andrew Peterson crossed the finish line of the 2017 Indianapolis Monumental Marathon in 2 hours, 57 minutes, and 33 seconds. At the time, Andrew had no idea that he had accomplished his three-hour time goal and qualified for the 2019 Boston Marathon. The 24-year-old Special Olympian was born with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, which makes it difficult for him to understand the passing of time when he’s running.
