NYRR Cancel Race Because Of Severe Weather Forecast

The NYRR has confirmed that they are cancelling Joe Kleinerman 10K race coming up this weekend in Central Park. They posted, “Due to the severe weather forecast today and for the weekend we are cancelling all NYRR Open Runs today through Sunday, as well as Saturday’s Joe Kleinerman 10K.” MBR Founder, Bob Anderson just returned from there and says, “The weather conditions in NYC make it very challenging to run. I had to wear six layers just to do a couple of miles in Central Park.”
